How can I review my bill and services?

If you're a retail customer, learn how to navigate your billing portal.

Viewing your bill and reviewing your account is so easy!

Use the link sent to you from [email protected] the email headline will be "[99 Dollar Social] Manage Your Subscription". Press the billing portal link at the bottom of that email.

When you log in you will see your monthly recurring subscription on the first page. From there, you will be able to review your core plan as well as any add-ons, your payment information, and the personal information attached to your account.

To download your invoices press Subscriptions. From there you can see all of your previous bills as well as there is an option to download them.

If you would like to make changes to your plan or add-on services, please reach out to our support team at [email protected]. We are not allowing changes to be made within the billing portal at this time.
