How do I connect my Instagram account to the posting platform?

In order for your Instagram to be able to connect to the posting platform, it must be connected to your Facebook Business Page.

If you are having trouble with any part of this process, please try using an Incognito or private window in your chosen browser. You can simply copy the URL shown above, then open a private window and paste the URL in and click Return.

2. Click the "Connect Instagram Business" button.

3. Enter your email address for platform notifications, then click "Continue".

4. Click "Set up direct publishing".

5. Log in to your Facebook profile with admin access to your Business Page, then click "Continue as _______".

6. Click "Select All" to allow all Instagram Business Pages you need to connect.

Note: Selecting all pages does not connect all pages to the platform. It simply gives you the option to connect additional pages if you would like to. Instagram requires this step or it will not allow our platform to connect to your desired Business Page. If you already have a Business Page selected, failing to click "Select All" will drop the connection of that page.

7. Click "Select All" to allow all Facebook Business Pages you need to connect.

Note: Selecting all pages does not connect all pages to the platform. It simply gives you the option to connect additional pages if you would like to. Facebook requires this step or it will not allow our platform to connect to your desired Business Page. If you already have a Business Page selected, failing to click "Select All" will drop the connection of that page.

8. Turn all toggles to "YES". Click "Done".
(All toggles must be marked as "YES" or the connection to your Instagram page will be incomplete, not allowing us to post to your page.)

9. Click "OK".

10. Click "Connect" to make sure your Instagram page is connected correctly, then click "Done".

11. Ensure you have landed back on the connection page before closing the window.
