As a reseller with $99 Social, you are the client-facing part of the relationship. If your client has a question, they’ll ask you, and you’ll ask us (our support team or your dedicated Account Manager), if it isn’t something you have the answer to. We’ll help you with a response and you can let your client know.
We will never reach out to your client directly or ask to speak with them. We prefer you take care of that part so we don't accidentally spill the beans about our company working with yours.
